You have heard of Naturoppathy but probably you are confused what services exactly does the term entail? This is because Naturopathy is a general term combining various natural and non-invasive techniques. They are all combined in their purpose of promoting wellbeing and preventing disease. Here is what you can expect during your initial Naturopath visit.

During your first visit you will fill in the client form with all the required medical information. This will allow me to consider  your current state and previous conditions, for a better holistic approach. All the essential oil blends that I do are based on the client/patient personal situation and are customized. This means that your blend was designed specially for you!

A naturopath session includes recommendations for lifestyle changes, aromatherapy, energy sessions and counselling. 

I personally went through the vicious circle of a stressful job, family responsibilities, and many stress related health concerns. I was in my twenties and I have visited most medical specialists in my city! None of them could find a medical reason for my symptoms, which were finally a result of inappropriate stress coping mechanism.

Since I discovered naturopathy my life changed drastically for the better! I continue to learn and explore the various natural, spiritual and non-invasive techniques and I have the pleasure to share them with my clients. The methods that I use include: Aromatherapy, Meditation, Reiki and Spiritual Counselling.

If you think that you don’t have the time to treat yourself with 1 hour anti-stress relaxing session, I challenge you to think how much time we spend when we have to book a medical appointment once we get sick! The waiting lists, the waiting rooms, the anxiety, the bag of medications with side effects… it does take a considerable amount of time. And if we get sick, we need to take care of our health, I encourage you to see your familly doctor! But most visits could be avoided by practicing a good stress management program, by boosting your immune system and by simply enjoying life! A 5 min meditation practice, inhaling your favourite essential oils – and your perspective of the world is beginning to change!
